If you do see the buttons as I've described, then upload your image using a wiki page or this wiki page. If your image is the same as what you have posted here, it isn't that big. If you don't have the priv to do this, on just about all of the official Elftown contests I read: "Ask [Sunrose] or [Charybdis] for wiki-privs if you don't have them already." So, I would suggest you ask [Sunrose] or [Charybdis] for wiki-privs for uploading to wiki pages. Your other option is to upload your image using "Upload a new photo" or "Upload a new drawing" that you have available for you in your house (presentation). When you use this option, however, your image should be no more than 500 pixels wide by 1000 pixels high. Hope this helps! :)

For example:
Value - my favorite piece displays a very concentrated use of lights and darks in a very particular manner, and the dynamic nature of this contrast makes the light effects of the piece stand out really well. This contrast in value is not my favorite part of the piece, but it is the one part that stands out the most. I wonder what media it was made in.

Finally, one day, I decided to try my hand with oils & I've been using oils ever since. I like to paint wet on wet, blending the colors on the canvas, so oils work really well with this style. :D

2007-06-13 [Artsieladie]: This is why I layer individual parts & lock transparent pixels. It makes it much easier, especially if one is still using their mouse & not a wacum tab. 'Course, this gives you a chance to dup layers & make changes to see if you like the changes you've made better. It increases one's options/choices dramatically. :)

This contest is about vampires, the entries have to clearly show this. Some entries were doubtful, but in the case of entry 15 shown above I felt the theme wasn't followed well enough.
The other two images were removed because we want to have the best image of a vampire. That means no bad image-editing and requires more effort than sketching the outlines..

2007-06-18 [Sunrose]: The Pegasus was decided on by the ECM crew, under lead of [Hedda]. He's the one who started this project and suppose he wanted to keep the voting within the ECM crew for that round.
He's been asked about the vampire-entries, and I'll ask him how he wants the voting to go this time. He has been rather busy lately :)
